Siembra Montessori Manager

Job Opportunity: Siembra Montessori Manager.
We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate educator who will inspire and support teachers as they implement a culturally sensitive, bicultural, bilingual program that supports children to explore their world, expand their leadership skills, and contribute to their community.
As part of Centro Tyrone Guzman’s Early Childhood’s team, you will help us provide the best environment where children and families can thrive and achieve their dreams.
What you will do:
- Supervise, coach and evaluate Siembra staff.
- Plan and optimize staff’s work schedules.
- Maintain effective and consistent communication between staff and parents.
- Assist in the planning and maintenance of Siembra environment
What we are looking for:
- A dynamic, bilingual, bicultural (English/Spanish) educator.
- A professional with deep understanding and experience working with LGBTQIA+ Latine community.
The Siembra Manager must have:
- A four-year college degree in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or early childhood special education; or
- A baccalaureate-level degree in another major with at least 36 college credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, and/or early childhood special education; or
- A state public school certification to practice as a teacher for children age 3 to 6 years.
Job details
- Location: Minneapolis, MN
- Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt
- Hours/Week: 40 hours per week– includes some evenings and/or weekends.
- Salary: $24- $26 /hourly
- Benefits include: Health insurance, dental, life insurance, paid sick days/vacation time, 401k and holidays.
