La Junta de Parques y Recreación de Minneapolis comenzó hoy sábado 27 de mayo la apertura de muchas de sus populares piscinas para niños, justo a tiempo para disfrutar el fin de semana.
Muchas piscinas para niños (excepto algunas piscinas escolares) se abren hoy sábado 27 de mayo, y permanecerá abierta hasta el lunes 4 de septiembre. Piscinas portátiles ubicadas en parques adyacentes a edificios de las Escuela Públicas de Minneapolis se abrirán hasta el día sábado 17 de junio, y se mantendrán abiertas hasta el domingo 27 de agosto, justo antes de la reanudación de clases el lunes 28 de agosto.
Estas piscinas para niños están abiertas diariamente de 10am a las 9 pm y son de uso gratuito. Las piscinas para niños no cuentan con salvavidas de guardia, por lo que los padres y los niños se les aconseja mantener la seguridad en mente mientras disfruta de las piscinas.
La Junta de Parques y Recreación de Minneapolis ofrece más de 75 lugares para refrescarse durante el verano, incluyendo piscinas para niños, playas y parques acuáticos.
